CloudMonitor for AWS v1.0.1
The App Support screen is where you go to get your questions answered.
On this screen, use the link at the bottom of the page to initiate a new support request. Once created, support requests and their detail are viewable by drilling down on the ticket title in the list of open tickets.
Any update of a ticket at our end will send you a push notification.
Once a ticket has been completed, it will be removed from view.
Feature requests and bug reporting work in an identical fashion, accessed by swiping on the ticket lists. The sequence they appear is:
- Open Support Requests
- Open Bus Reports
- Open Feature Requests
Note that feature requests, once submitted, are the sole property of Custodet Nimbus Corp., and no intellectual property rights are retained by the submitting person or entity.
